Terms of Service

By accessing Photizo AI you agree to these terms. Photizo provides governed AI tooling for Gospel content, ministry operations, missions coordination, and sponsorship. Your use must be lawful and consistent with the platform's mission.

Accounts. You are responsible for activity under your account and for keeping credentials secure. Access is scoped by role within your tenant.

Content & governance. You retain rights to content you create. Theological outputs are subject to DARE validation; you are responsible for reviewing generated content before publication or ministry use.

Sponsorship & credits. Sponsorships fund verified impact and are settled to platform credits on cleared payment. Credits and entitlements are non-transferable except as expressly permitted.

Availability. The service is provided "as is" without warranty. We may update, suspend, or discontinue features. Nothing here creates a partnership beyond the licensed use of the platform.
