Photizo AI ("Photizo", "we") is a governed platform for Gospel propagation. This policy explains what we collect, why, and the controls you have. We collect only the data needed to operate your workspace: account identity (via our identity provider), workspace and tenant configuration, content you create, and usage needed for billing and security.

Tenant isolation. Your workspace data is isolated per tenant and enforced at the database level (row-level security). We do not use one tenant's private data to serve another.

Sponsorship & payments. Sponsorship and subscription payments are processed by our payment provider. We store only the records needed to reconcile entitlements and credits — never full card details.

AI governance. Theological and ministry content generated on the platform is validated through our DARE governance pipeline before release. Content you submit for validation is processed to produce that assessment.

Your controls. You may request access, correction, export, or deletion of your workspace data, subject to legal and contractual retention requirements. Contact us to exercise these rights.

This page is a summary provided for transparency and may be superseded by a signed agreement governing your organization's use of Photizo.
